OAR BuilderStart a project

How projects work

A clear process for custom work.

Good work depends on good decisions. We keep the project visible, reduce unknowns early, and give every stage a clear purpose.

Start a project
What you can expect

Direct access to the people doing the work, practical recommendations, and regular progress you can see.

What keeps things moving

One accountable decision-maker, focused feedback, and early access to the information the project needs.

Four phases

From first conversation to a useful launch.

01

Plan the right project

We start with the people using the product, the problem it needs to solve, and the result that would make the work worthwhile.

Included in this phase
  • Goals, audience, and priorities
  • Required content, features, and integrations
  • A realistic first-release scope

Outcome: A written plan, schedule, and proposal before production begins.

02

Shape the experience

Structure and key screens come before polish. You can respond to the flow while changes are still quick and inexpensive.

Included in this phase
  • Site map or product flow
  • Content hierarchy and interface direction
  • Working review of important screens

Outcome: An approved direction with fewer surprises during development.

03

Build and review

We turn the approved direction into the real experience, share working progress, and test the paths that matter most.

Included in this phase
  • Responsive front-end development
  • Forms, payments, accounts, or integrations
  • Content entry, accessibility, and device testing

Outcome: A launch-ready build that you have already used and reviewed.

04

Launch and keep improving

We handle the release details, make sure the essentials are working, and stay available once real people begin using it.

Included in this phase
  • Hosting, domains, analytics, and launch checks
  • Documentation and practical handoff
  • Optional maintenance and planned improvements

Outcome: A live product, clear ownership, and a sensible path forward.

Working rhythm

Enough communication to stay aligned. Enough focus to keep building.

01 / One owner

Direct contact

You communicate with the person responsible for the work instead of passing requests through layers.

02 / Visible progress

Working reviews

We show concrete progress at useful checkpoints and make it clear which decisions are needed next.

03 / Written clarity

Decisions recorded

Scope, feedback, and next steps are documented so important details do not live only in a meeting.

Before we begin

Common questions.

Will I see the work before launch?

Yes. Reviews happen throughout the project, first around structure and direction, then in the working build. Launch should not be the first time you use what we made.

What do you need from me?

A primary decision-maker, timely feedback, and access to the content or systems the project depends on. We will make each request specific and explain when it is needed.

Can the scope change?

It can. We document meaningful changes and explain their effect on timing and price before adding them, so the project stays understandable on both sides.

What happens after launch?

We can hand the project over, remain available as needed, or set up an ongoing support arrangement. The right choice depends on how often the site or app will change.

The next step

Tell us what you are trying to make possible.

Share the rough shape of the project. We’ll review it and follow up with useful questions, not a generic sales sequence.
